I'm concerned that the power play is shooting blanks, and nothing at all is changing behind the scenes. To reiterate what others said, why is Gionta on the first wave? Why is nothing happening on the half wall? This reminds me of team USA in I think '98 when their whole strategy was getting a one timer to Brett Hull. Subban isn't Al Iafrate, he's being pushed too far back to the blueline to score. He's most effective on top of the faceoff circle, and until other teams respect what's going on down low, nothing is going to change on the PP.
