KoRP
Don't like the 2nd line, don't like Prust anywhere but on 4th line, but I do like the top 4 D.Go Go!
The Chicoutimi Cucumber
Slightly puzzled that the Desharnais-Prust duo is being broken up. However, all line configurations are provisional, so it's probably not worth getting worked up about.

Desharnais-Eller-Parenteau was what we've seen in recent games with Prust playing with Plekanec/Sekac.

I've been more about the strong ale and plum pudding than the hockey lately, so I probably should shut up until the Christmas effect wears off
Habs30/31
I like Prust on third line. Would not mind him on fourth line if fourth line played more. Prust is a big part of this team, his ice time should show that.
habs rule
Boy this forum sure gets quiet when there is nothing to talk about. Ok let's grab them hurricane and slam them into the ground. Habs win 3-1. I'd predict a 1st period goal but how likely is that?
Habs30/31
Habs game plan same as usual. Price will take on the Canes in the first period. How well the MVP holds the fort will dictate how well the habs have to get their act together in the last forty minutes. I know, i just described almost every game this season..............not exactly going way out on a limb here.
Guest Stogey24
I'm not saying split up the top line, but does no one else think Sekac would look good up there. His skill level is high

He may But if Sekac goes "up there", who do you take off? Gallagher. Why? He is doing great "up there". Pax. why? He is doing great "up there". Having said that and knowing therrien, if the top line has two games in a row without a point, you may get your wish.

Habs30/31
I'd move Gallagher in rotation with Sekac every so often. Just for the sake of it? If the continues to play and produce the way they have (winning 5 of 6 and scoring a ton) changing them up would be over coaching..no? Habs30/31
Habs scoring this season period to period. 1st 12-29 2nd 33-24 3rd 45-29 therrien "i am not buying the idea that we are always bad in the first period" well then, why bother addressing it eh coach. DON
Habs have improved offense this year, 19th (up from 21st last year). Going in right direction, if only can add one good d-man and boom will be a top scoring team you say? I know adding an all-star forward is dumber idea to get more scoring, but is the way I would tend to go (if making a big trade), instead of adding a Hainsey. dlbalr
It's Jordan Staal's season debut for Carolina. Tlusty also returns from injury for this one. Nice timing...

Two players they have missed i'm sure. Staal especially. Nice timing is right. Habs should take this one even so. been said a hundered times but would like to see team ready to go in the first period.

Lovett's Magnatones
Malone is a tough dude Yeah, I wasn't expecting that, i've never heard of him. I hate to get Habs 30/31 going, but this is turning into another weak period. The only difference is Carolina's rudderless offense. The Canes TV Crew calls JS/ES "Jordan" and "Eric." Fox coverage.
