DON
Angelo Miceli signed a one year deal with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits of the ECHL, affiliate of the Rangers. Swamp Rabbits. That is quite a name.

dlbalr
With the league cutting down on fighting, it's interesting that the IceCaps keep adding players with a tendency to fight (first Farnham, then Racine, now Broll).
dlbalr
The team has also signed forwards Yannick Veilleux and Mathieu Coderre-Gagnon to AHL deals. I get Veilleux - he's someone that can play in the bottom six but Coderre-Gagnon was a subpar ECHL goon last year. They already have a few fighters, why do they need yet another one, especially one that isn't good enough to play a fourth line AHL shift? Meller93
Hit pretty hard by hurricane Matthews in NFLD. Luckily it's just the roads, hopefully no one gets hurt!

The thinking could be, the more guys willing and able to fight, the fewer suspensions they'll have to serve. And let's not forget that McCarron dropped the gloves when required too. He won't have to do it as often, but he will.
