A lot of his goals come from around the net - tip-ins, rebounds, etc. I think they were looking for someone who's capable of scoring in tight and being involved around the net, something that isn't the case for most Montreal forwards. Not a pretty period from the Habs at all. Calgary looks way faster out there and Emelin is not exactly helping his case to stay in the lineup.
