DON
Interesting 4th line. Thompson scratched eh? I think he is better without Weise to drag him down.
Habopotamus
Lehkonen makes way more sense there. It could take some pressure off of him

I haven't seen the line combos today. The fourth line is a guess. It could be Thompson and Deslauriers.

Ah, I thought Deslauriers was back in and I guess Habs have the problem of 100% healthy roster for once...knock on wood...

Scott462
The scoring is very balanced through the line-up. Bodes well for the playoffs.

sbhatt
They need to wake up now. Going to end up giving the Flyers another goal or two in garbage time if they keep floating around.
Trizzak
Saturday's game against Toronto is huge, and will kick off the determining stretch of the Habs' season. A win puts them a point back of Toronto for 3rd in the Atlantic. A loss leaves them back in the middle of 4 teams vying for 3 playoff spots. It's also the last game they play before the trade deadline. 7 of the next 8 games are on the road, 6 of those games are back-to-backs. Niemi is too mentally fragile for a team with playoff aspirations.

The Chicoutimi Cucumber
A propos of Gallagher: https://montrealgazette.com/sports/analyze-this-brendan-gallagher-is-the-motor-that-powers-the-canadiens He's the new Andrei Markov, in that anyone playing with him automatically looks substantially better. The guy is deceptively elite.
DON
Now 20 more games like that one, with zero PPs to kill momentum and should coast into playoffs. Domi, Thompson & Danault kicked ass on the defensive zone faceoffs.

Niemi still has the skills needed, if he could only get properly mentally prepared for a game. It's all in his head -- just like Price's struggles early in the season. I'm not sure Lindgren would be the answer, either. But I definitely won't be surprised if that happens.
