No changes to the lineup which means Weal sits again.  Pittsburgh's a fast team without a ton of physicality up front so again I wonder why Weal isn't getting in there.

Canadiens' twitter has Peca playing over Weise:

So what are our odds against these guys.  ?

I never count out the Penguins because at I fear at any point Crosby will just decide he wants his team back in a playoff spot and will singlehandedly make it so.

But it's Carey Price playing on Saturday night, so...

TV timeout, so pull Price now and get it over with. Riding him for 2 back to backs clearly was the wrong call, so get him out now and see if Niemi has the mental fortitude to play Anaheim next week.

This is why a backup was needed at the deadline. You can't play the same goalie in 2 back-to-backs in less than a week and expect results. If they have no confidence in Niemi, they needed to find a backup goalie who they had enough confidence in to play against New Jersey, Detroit or the New York Rangers.

3 bottom feeders and we were forced to use Price in all 3???

When was the last time Price was pulled?

I believe it's happened this season, Carey just (reportedly) hates it.

But Julien shouldn't care how Price feels about it. 3 goals on 4 shots, and 2 of them were sooooooooooooooft. Get him out.

I'm not sure this lulling strategy is the way to go, although Pittsburgh does look very relaxed. Maybe I just don't get sophisticated strategy.
