Roo-AH! Roo-AH!
At what point do we start wringing our hands about Theodore's unsigned status? The last thing we need is for him to hold out on training camp again, and then bomb out all season long...and word on how neogtiations are going? Prime Minister Koivu
We could always trade him for Luongo
The-Habby2919
I think BG will try to sign Ryder next(since Markovs already on) and then with whats left give Theo an offer that keeps us around 2 million under the cap. Go Habs!!
By-Tor
Could be BG was waiting to see what Luongo got from the arbitraitor. Seems he struck out and only got 3.23 mill. That will weaken Theodores position.
The-Habby2919
True... but he may still be playing the "I want what Khabbibulin got" card.

The moment Theo brings us to the Stanley Cup final and wins it, we can give him Khabbi money. Until then, he'll have to settle for less. FrenchHabs
Theo can't get Khabi money. He has neither the experience or Cup to show for it. GB was definitely waiting for the Luongo case to get resolved to move on with the process, and I also think Ryder's next on his list. Talks for Theo will get much more active next week. I think the Luongo money affects Theo much more. Khabi is a much more experienced veteran and a Cup winner. Luongo and Theo are much more comparable. In fact, Luongo is probably the better goalie, so at least in my opinion, Theo's demands will have to take a hit.
