Perry 3g in last 5games.

Markstrom has stopped 54 of 55 hab shots.

At least Habs lead the North in players with 10 or more points.

Habs 12

Leafs/Jets 11

Flames 9

Oilers 7

The Flames seem like a mini-disaster this year for some reason, and I don't think Sutter is going to fix that.

Surprised Evans is sitting, would have expect Byron to swap out for Lekky.

I get the sense that Byron is viewed more favourably to Ducharme than he was to Julien.  All of a sudden, he looks like someone that Ducharme wants in there every night no matter what.

He uses Byron a lot for sure, all situations.

It sucks that Lehkonen was the odd man out. I think he is amazing at what he does. Maybe he doesn’t do enough outside of that - like scoring?

I don’t like Evans sitting out either.

Can’t sit Perry, he is scoring

Frankly I think that I would sit Byron

I like that they are continuing with the top 3 lines and I am also glad they are rotating Lehkonen, Byron and Evans on the 4th line. They are interchangeable at worst and two of the three needs to catch fire to remain in the lineup every game.

I didn't check the news to see if they practiced yesterday, I hope that Romanov-Weber works; out of the options on waivers and the Habs prospects, Romanov would be the ideal partner for captain crosscheck.

Strange season. In many ways!

I was a bit surprised to see Julien go, but the change had to come at some time, and might as well be just now.

Also surprised not have seen Frolik in the line-up by now, but that only shows how good Perry, Byron and Evans has been. Hoping that Lekhonen is cool about the situation as well.

What we saw in the begining of the season is what this team is capable of, and that is nothing short of a contender. If just all the player plays at their best, the Habs are up there among the best.

Regarding who shall play with Weber; Make sure the pairing with Petry is perfect. Weber should step down as Petry has evolved. Give Romanov the chance?

We get Cassie Campbell on colour commentary for this one.  This is going to be a tough one to sit through and extremely Calgary-centric as a result.

I watch all games en francais, but for me Saturday means TVA instead of RDS ... perhaps not as bad as you expect but still a step down.

Je n’aime pas TVA

I prefer RDS, tonight my audio feed is TSN 690

That was brutal he had like 20 minutes to get ready to shoot

Who was saying Armia is as good as Anderson ?

I do not think he has the same hockey IQ

Armia was bad behind the net and Suzuki was too gentle/cute with Monahan

Armia looked *terrible* on that turnover behind his own zone which lead to the Calgary goal.  He has not been the same since he came back from his concussion.  Maybe it's time to rest him and give Frolik a chance.

 I’m all for it.

Put Byron through waivers for taxi then let’s see what Frolik has

These guys are terrible. Just standing around doing noting.

I wish they hired Sutter, This team needs a good old school bag skate.

How many dumb penalties can 1 team take.

Time to can MB, Scouting crew and anyone else associated with MB.

Let the new GM make some trades and get his new team assembled.

Just like last years bunch. Garbage
