Will this simple idea work against Detroit?  We'll find out tonight.

That's too funny!   Sometimes you just have to keep it simple. Habs win tonight!!  Book it.

Haha that is awesome and sadly accurate.

Better to laugh than cry.

If they don't win tonight, I'm giving up on the season.

Agreed. This is an absolute must win. If they lose tonight then it's time to start dreaming about Shane Wright and trading for draft picks at the trade deadline if not before.

Do you think that maybe, just maybe the Habs could score 2 goals tonight?  I know that's a lot to ask.

Yes, they will.

To the announcer on SN:

Interesting, my pc froze so I had to reboot.  Wow, its 2-1 Habs, what happened?  i.e. did Anderson score twice?

Suzuki and Caufield were looking good there.

Snipe from just outside the circle on a PP by Hoffman.

2 goals was good but it was looking a little scary when it was 1-0.

The wings almost made it 2-0 a couple of time.

The team seems to have woken up now. The team also seems to have tendency to get down on themselves when things aren't going their way which only makes the problems worse.

Thx!!

I havent seen the goals, but I'm shocked Chiarot scored the 1st goal.  Oddly, his shot seems to have improved this year.  He's had several good scoring chances in other games.  However, he almost needs to score in every game to counter the penalties he takes and all the other ways that he causes goals.

Right arm!!  Dvoarak!!  Smart thinking, great deflection off the dman and in.

They need to do that rush thing more.  Even if they miss, its fun and exciting to watch.  Honestly, I miss Domi for that reason.  I dont regret the Habs getting Anderson at all, but Domi was their best player at driving on the rush plays like that.

Nice dive off the ice to avoid a too many men penalty.  lol

Way to go Perreault!!!!!!!!!

If Blashill leaves Greiss in for nine goals does Thomas demand a trade?

... and Greiss was they "hot" goaltender ... Nedeljkovic is the relative youngster that they  somewhat surprisingly got from Carolina for a 3rd rounder ... solid with BlowHards last season ... NOT so much to start this season

Hoffman & Gally so close.  Too bad Gally couldnt finish that.

TVA announcers felt Hoffman shot at the goalie's right pad to produce the rebound
