Why is Gallagher yelling ?

He's mad at the linesman.  The puck would of went further down and the deference would of picked it up at center ice.  Instead it hit the linesman and dropped right on Pastrnak's stick for a clean 2-1.  It's unfortunate, it happens, Gally is just frustrated.

Why does Savard try to hit the Bruin at the blue line when Brooks is there?

and why Brooks is so slow to react and cover?

that 4th goal hurts specially with the Bruins fans mocking us

I think that was Chiarot - he and Petry were on for that goal.  Brooks had the guy covered but Chiarot stepped up, freeing up Coyle behind them and putting Brooks in the trail position.

Oh well. on to NYC.

Best (by Pts %) team in the next three until they get a mini-break, next Sunday-Monday-Tuesday

Maybe most frustrating for the coaches, the team and the fans is likely that it is the veterans that are making most of the bad plays that lead to goals ... the guys they are supposed to be able to depend on to settle things down.

And the Habs are, by that criterion … 31st. 2nd place in the lottery tournament.
