My family will be a few rows up behind the Habs net. Last Habs game in Colorado, Tatar gave my son a stick before the game. That was pretty cool. Despite the Habs/Avs being my son's favorite teams, he'll still be bummed if the Habs lose. They haven't won here since my son was 4. That's a long time.

I really hope the Habs play well and that they continue inching  towards winning two in a row

GO HABS GO!!!!!!

Sorry, 3 points in last 2 games...this has to stop!

Will the Aves simply pepper Primeau with rubber today?

(Montembeault better be prepared to sub in)

I would just like to thank the NHL, the Colorado Avalanche and various TV networks for this being an afternoon game in Denver.

Montembeault out and McNivan is back up

That's three goalies on the IR. It'd be a disaster on any other season, right now it's just more of the way the season is going.

You know ... I think this MacKinnon kid has a chance to be good

Pretty good period for Primeau, all things considered.  He's getting himself into trouble a bit by over-committing again but in his defence, he has to be aggressive since there isn't much of a defence in front of him.

I thought he looked pretty good too.  The goal was a well placed top corner shot, but he did see it and played it right, he almost had it.

Toffoli - Suzuki seem good combo.

Toffoli-Suzuki-Lehkonen perchance? Apart from the goal, the three of them have had seven shots and four high-danger chances.

Oh yeah, I'll note that Lehkonen is on a career-high level for points/game. He's definitely not one of the players who is underperforming this year.

Since the idea is to buy low and sell high .................

Taffoli should definitely be a guy that should get a 1st rounder+.

given his age, I think we should move him, but I also think he’d be good to keep around for Suzuki’s continual development.
