DON
Well, lets hope they steamroll all the Western teams with the younger players leading the way. Edmundson is on road trip, unlikely to play today, but hope soon...at least before Chiarot is shipped out is main thing. Montembeault is starting, no other word on line up yet. Commandant
Why does a guy who has never been a fighter, and who has 3 concussions (at least), 2 of them that have been serious enough to be stretchered off the ice with long delays in the game, need to fight him? Shouldn't he be willing to fight Pezzetta, or Chiarot, or someone else?
DON
Dumb question, because he is a 72pt/yr guy and isnt a fighter to begin with. Who said Evans needed to fight? Stupid f'in fighting is just such immature BS, will this never go away?

I agree that you shouldn't have to fight for a clean hit, but a hit like that? I understand why.

Shouldnt have to ever fight, dont care what kind of hit he makes. He said bunch of stupid shite right after incident as well, so no surprise he is still proving that he is not the sharpest tool in the shed. But, there already were appropriate ramifications, he got suspended, they lost the series, lets move on.
The Chicoutimi Cucumber
Between this comment and his idiotic and reprehensible hit in the playoffs, I question whether Scheifle simply is not a very intelligent person.
tomh009
Not the greatest start, two pucks tipped in past Montembeault. Let's see how the boys respond.
DON
Well, this aint the best of starts. Chiarot or Suzuki's man had tap -in on 1st one. Oh well, lets see how St.Louis gets them to play without the lead. And give Jets a PP...no good
tomh009
Hoffman passes to a Jets player to create a two-on-one. Montembeault probably should have had that one, though. And now 4-0. I think it's getting close to Hamburglar time. But the defence corps is back to its old tricks.
