This will be a tough tough game for the Habs. The Blues have lost 3 in a row so Craig Berube is not a happy camper right now. I would be very surprised if the Habs come away with any points tonight. Jake Allen will have to stand on his head for the Habs to have a chance.

Go Habs Go

Hoping for a better result in the 2nd game of the season for me. Better start time for me, 9pm, headed to my winter hunting grounds, AKA the Carib. Thank you Sprots24Sea for your coverage of the Habs!!

Eastern time, AKA GMT-4. I am GMT-2 right now, in the middle of the Atlantic 9pm start for me

Time can be relative ... depending where you live

Drouin and Dadonov likely(?) out of the line-up tonight?

Armia is one new one in i assume drawing in? Pezzetta (hopefully)?

I thought you had misread the hour on your phone. I am prefer the 24hour format as less ambiguous than AM/PM

Armia has been activated off IR according to the Media site.  Looks like they'll have an active roster of 15 forwards/6 d-men which is how all of Drouin, Pitlick, and Dadonov can sit.

I thought Drouin had a couple of decent games in a row so it’s curious that he is sitting.

Please no more Hoffman on the first line

It looks to me like St-Louis is doing a rotation rather than sitting out people who played poorly -- possibly in order to better evaluate the players who are on the bubble.

This makes sense.

I guess I am still used to the merit/mistakes based system of old. It makes sense to rotate.

Great that #20 is back.

Dont think many will miss Drouin-Dadonov, but at least Drouin had shown a tiny bit of effort lately.

Dadonov is the third most used forward on the PK (2:12, behind Dvorak 2:29 and Evans 2:24) on the 8th best PK in the NHL currently ... so he has been useful
