dlbalr
Oh goody, Wideman's back. Of all the players to come back earlier than expected, it's him?

alfredoh2009
Maybe the Hockey ghosts are smiling on us and the refs will be calling the games in favour of CAR tonight... Let's tank hard, Habbies How it started... How it's going: Former Carolina farmhand Carter Sandlak gets the call in stripes tonight for Hurricanes vs. Canadiens in Montréal alongside Wes McCauley. TurdBurglar
Some questionable play in their own zone costs Carolina the first goal of the game.
TurdBurglar
For being 2-1 Montreal, the crowd is extremely quiet.

Prime Minister Koivu
I would like Montreal and Florida to lose the rest of their games. Yet Montreal remains competitive game after game even though on paper we should be losing badly.
Neech
Raanta made two huge saves to keep this closer than it could be. TSN and RDS were ballyhooing how KK's line hadn't given up a goal against until tonight - they'd only been together for a couple of weeks and had scored eight goals for; nothing impressive, and they promptly surrender one to this AHL lineup. Let's hope for many more goals and a 7-6 regulation loss!
TurdBurglar
Raanta is out for the rest of the game. Something happened while trying to get back cross crease on a shot from Tierney that hit the post.
TurdBurglar
That's a really odd call. Both for unsportsmanlike conduct when Burns was clearly more aggressive. It should of been roughing calls anyway. Just really odd all around. Then Anderson called for interference, which was deserved, but Svechnikov gets nothing for interference on Anderson right after? sbhatt
The way our call-ups play makes me hope we can shed guys like Gallagher and Armia before next season starts. I'd rather see guys like RHP, Ylonen, Pezz, and Belzile any day.
TurdBurglar
Should be goalie interference, as Stephan made no effort to avoid the contact. these are 50/50 the best of times. Edit: The goal was called back due to goalie interference.
TurdBurglar
It's been a fun game, but Allen needs to hemorrhage a couple of unanswered goals now.
Prime Minister Koivu
This team is ~50% AHL players/rookies and they shouldn’t be competitive against the league’s top players!
TurdBurglar
At least it was still a loss.
Neech
Had to be KK with the shootout winner but at least we only got one point. Suzy with another beauty to go 5/5 this season in the shootout. Great game and exciting OT for the home fans. The refs finally made a good goalie interference call?!

alfredoh2009
Allen kept them in the game, and those playing for a contract next season showed up: Belzile, Pessetta, HArvey-Pinard, Ylonen, Drouin I would have preferred no points, but cannot keep this team down
DON
Jeepers, Drouin... is just such a soft and lazy player. 20 more games of him, ugggggg. 3 on 2 going on Allen and what does he do, good time to go slowly for a change, someone else will backcheck eh...f...K me! Outside of the offensive zone, he is just useless.
