dlbalr
Interesting to see Dube so high on that list. I was one of the ones advocating for the Habs to give him an ELC and this underscores just how effective he was last season. Good to see Ylonen on there as well. (And I can think of a certain Potato Head who might be intrigued by #8 on this list...) Seeing Beaudin this high on here surprises me. I was told some of the non-public stats were really favourable for him but boy, he was scary to watch at times defensively. Happy to see Barron on here as well. tomh009
Heinola looks good at the top of the D ranking, but he has been having trouble cracking the Jets' lineup. Is he not able to adapt to the NHL game, or have the Jets not given him the right opportunity or support to take advantage of it?

Even now, the fact he's waiver-exempt basically kills his shot at making the team out of camp. Heinola actually has a trade request dating back to last season as he sees the writing on the wall. dlbalr
Kevin Poulin has announced his retirement. I thought he might have been the fallback plan if Primeau doesn't make it back to Laval but I guess that's off the table now.

tomh009
It's interesting that they have the two goalies from ECHL Wichita that had the best save percentages last season, both in the Rocket camp. Vrbetic's percentage with TR was much lower so he may have some competition now even at that level.

They're set to be the tandem with Trois-Rivieres unless Primeau doesn't make it to Laval. If that happens, then maybe Vrbetic gets an ECHL deal (he's still unsigned). 41 minutes ago, Plutarch said: Hjorth... haven't seen that name before! Played in Sweden's second-tier last season and is on an ECHL contract.
