Is anyone else tired of watching Savard paired with Matheson?  That duo does not work together; Matheson needs a new steady partner, but coach Marty appears too scared to not give the two veteran defenceman the first pairing minutes.

Also, Why was Harris trying to forecheck near the blueline on two goals against tonight?  He's a defenceman, who needs to stay back when the pressure is in his own zone. He is not Bobby Orr.

110% and I have a completely different reason for wanting that.  Guhle and Harris cannot be paired together and be out there with their top line.  When the Habs have 3-4 dmen that will fight they cant have 2 that don't fight out there with Nick, Cole, and Slaf.  That is a major problem and huge mistake by Marty.  Slaf took a direct head shot last game and no Habs player did anything about it.  On that play, if Harris was replaced by Matheson there likely would have been a fight.   If Guhle was replaced by Savard, and I imagine even Struble again there would have been a fight.

I've seen enough of Barron....he has been stinking it up for weeks now.  Soft...constantly getting pushed around, losing puck battles, and messing up clearing chances.  He needs a one way ticket to Laval, and he can take Armia with him.  Recall Wifi immediately.

Is getting WiFi back to Montreal more important than his development to optimize his NHL future?

Ohh a fight; i keep forgetting that is very important in team sports.

Really turns momentum in any soccer, rugby, basketball, baseball, hockey or football game, for sure.

Cowboys QB got smoked yesterday by a Detroit Lion lineman... if only Dallas had one big tough guy to step in and fight (what a bunch of pussies!) What a difference that would of made in outcome of game.:bonk:

Here is smart reaction to some immaturity, by the Rocket bench yesterday.

10 Thoughts: Habs fall short again in 4-1 loss to Panthers – HabsWorld.net

"HW Habs 3 Stars
First Star: Cole Caufield (1g, 0a, 3 shots, -1, 19:29 TOI) was working the 200-foot game very effectively, and scored a pretty backhand goal. He is more effective on offence now, with Juraj Slafkovsky on the top line, but it’s even more encouraging to see that his game is developing new aspects and is far less one-dimensional than expected." ...
