Prime Minister Koivu
This pick of Roy looks like it’s from 1974. Roy is a legend but I hope he loses tonight.
Prime Minister Koivu
Caufield - Suzuki - Anderson Slafkovsky - Monahan - Armia RHP - Evans - Gallagher Not sure about 4th line but that appears to be the lines. Marty’s love of Anderson is baffling to me. Slafkovsky was playing great and putting up points and Anderson hasn’t done much.
tomh009
Apparently Pezzetta is in as Ylonen gets no love from St-Louis.

When all three are on the top line, we haven't had much from any other line. Moving Slaf with Monahan is trying to create a second scoring unit. johnnyhasbeen
"These are the times that try a man's soul" Team has been in games this year because they believe they have a chance. Been wondering all year how they react after a string of bad losses. Last game they were playing too safe, holding their sticks tight. Causes passes to skates, not sticks and turnovers. I hope they get their trust and belief back tonight. Go HABS Go
DON
Just hope Habs play OK, score a few and dont get BOOed off the ice by the locals.

If the rest of the season is an indicator then the first line is about to go dry. Hopefully Slafkovsky kick starts that second line though

I'd like to see Ylonen get more ice time but this is a Pezzetta game with who the Islanders have. The new-look fourth line was quite effective in that period with Condotta not looking out of place. TurdBurglar
That was an interesting call on Evans. Getting called for holding the stick, which he did, while trying to free himself from a hold.

I wouldn't be shocked to see him back in on Saturday against Pittsburgh, a team that isn't anywhere near as physical. Tough second period but Montembeault was sharp to limit the damage. Neech
Wow, dirty elbow to the head from Gallagher. Ylonen will get his chance back in the lineup for the next few games.

Yeah, there’s no defence for that hit. It was just plain dirty.
Commandant
Horrible play by gallagher. Dirty as shit and takes a match penalty upn2 goals with 8 minute left. Just dumb all around.
Prime Minister Koivu
Gallagher is going to get suspended. Brutal elbow right to the chops.
tomh009
Three PPG by the Islanders, on a dumb penalty by Evans, and an even dumber one by Gallagher.
