Fair enough, he was beaten cleanly on that one although the defense looked bad on that one allowing Sanheim to cruise right into the slot. Butterface
A win is a win. Would have preferred Primeau finish it off better. He still has a lot to prove in NHL. Can’t blame him entirely on either of those last two goals, but certainly he is not giving me a ton of confidence before a game, during a game, or in the waning moments of a tight game…. and this is versus a weak team. I was hoping he could finish this one out at 4-1 and build off of it…. But like I said. A win is a win. Happy for him. Next game we could see ghosts of drafts past. Shane Wright comes to town. I think Hughes picked well. Cooley and Slaf are the best 2 in that draft I think. Hopefully we can see them on the ice together Tuesday. The Chicoutimi Cucumber
I wasn’t able to watch this one due to work commitments, but when I saw the score was 4-1 going into the third, I assumed the Flyers would come back due to our porous defence. The assumption seems to have been correct, but the important thing is that we only coughed up two. 👍
DON
Basically are two new players on team this year, hopefully Andy (4pts 9gms) keeps playing well. 10 Thoughts: Weekend Sweep as Habs Beat Flyers – HabsWorld.net HabsWorld Habs 3 Stars 1st Star – Kirby Dach 3rd Star – Josh Anderson Goofy call on XHekaj eh... they evened it up by not penalizing Gallagher i guess, so all good. Bottom Six Minutes: Arber Xhekaj gets the worst “reputation” call ever Top Six Minutes: Canadiens sweep a back-to-back

(Wright and Slaf) Wright is just 20, 6g 9pts in 25 NHL games in limited minutes and looked good in the AHL. Bit early to make any pronouncement on who is better pick quite yet, i think.
