Let’s go Habs. It would be nice to continue the winning streak. The Knights have a solid first two lines and defensive pairings but I like our depth a lot better. Vegas is 15-3-0 at home and outside of recently the Habs’ main struggle was performing on the road. And I also wanted to highlight a snippet from the third period: watching Lane Hutson cover Keegan Kolesar on the boards was awesome. Kolesar is five inches taller and 55 lbs heavier than Hutson, but he still could not free himself from Hutson's defensive coverage. What a gem we have!

Overall,  that was a very well played game by the kids. Even in the first, I felt like they played well. 3-0 on the road against high end teams. Let's go!

This team is really starting to believe.  Dach is such a key, if he can keep it going they will be dangerous.  To beat Florida, Tampa and Vegas back to back to back is quite an accomplishment.

The commentator said during the game that Evan's shooting % was over 50% in December and 31% overall.  I don't think those numbers are sustainable.

1) How huge is the bounce that Dach gets for the GWG. I mean, after two goals coming off the heals of his errors. To have a 2nd bounce go his way in back to back games... It's a very important  development.

 

2) Hughes needs to be fined. That was some kind of grand larceny... I know it's not even 10 games but, WTF was Nashville thinking.
