Hope nothing serious for Dach and just part of his recovery and that Beck & Veleno shine or play smartly at least.

See how Struble handles 18-20minutes maybe and hope Dobson/Matheson dont play stupid minutes to make up for Guhle injury.

Without Dach and moving Gallagher up, Bolduc just feels out of place on that line.

Hopefully Dach is back soon cause our C is really weak without him.

At least Anderson-Evans-Gallagher should work well, though probably in something more like a fourth-line role.

Bolduc-Veleno-Beck, I have a hard time envisioning what they can do. Hopefully St-Louis knows what he's doing with this combination.

Its more the left overs than envisioning anything IMO.

This team is vastly improved, but depth is still an issue, especially at Centre.

At least I think the BVB line should be reasonable reliable defensively. And both LH and RH centres for faceoffs. We shall see ...

I’ve wanted him with Demidov from the start.

I suspect that they don't want to mess with a bunch of lines for a pair of day-to-day injuries.  These changes change as little as possible, probably by design.

Just 6 shots for Rangers.

Demidov and Hutson are gonna get alot of assists in their careers.

Suzuki gets his 1st out of way.

Rempe outmuscling Hutson in front of net, bit of size difference.

Quick should have recived a 2 minute penalty under rule 7.10(a)

Minor penalty will be assessed to a goaltender who leaves their crease during a fight. This should be recorded on the Official Game Report as “Leaving the Crease”.

There is no rule 7.10(a) in the rulebook.  (Rule 7 is about Starting Lineups and only goes to 7.2.)  This is the leaving the crease rule:

27.6 Leaving Goal Crease – A minor penalty shall be imposed on a goalkeeper who leaves the immediate vicinity of his crease during an altercation. In addition, he shall be reported to the Commissioner for further disciplinary action as may be required. However, should the altercation occur in or near the goalkeeper’s crease, the Referee should direct the goalkeeper to a neutral location and not assess a penalty for leaving the immediate vicinity of the goal crease. Equally, if the goalkeeper is legitimately outside the immediate vicinity of the goal crease for the purpose of proceeding to the players’ bench to be substituted for an extra attacker, and he subsequently becomes involved in an altercation, the minor penalty for leaving the crease would not be assessed.

This pertains to a goalie inside the zone where the altercation is taking place and generally is assessed when the goalie leaves to get involved in the altercation.  Goalies skate around when the fight is on the other side of the ice all the time; some will go to centre and see if the other goalie wants to fight.  None of that is a penalty.  It's just if they leave the crease to participate in the scrum.

Montembault was mediocre but Montreal played confused and dopey for much of the third.

I think it was a mistake to not have Demidov on the ice during that 4 on 4 with Montembault pulled.

Still, lots of positive stuff going on with this team.

Yeah, that was a rough third period.  This is a game that at least gets to OT if he's playing even an average game.
