Prime Minister Koivu Posted January 17 Posted January 17 Curious to see who is playing tonight and what Marty does with the lines. I bet that no matter who returns that Veleno will play. Marty can’t help himself…despite only 4 points on the season Marty can’t resist the left handed centre that has a 1.3% better chance at winning a faceoff. Please don’t sit Blais so that Veleno can play. 1 Quote
GHT120 Posted January 17 Posted January 17 The Canadiens are not scheduled for a morning skate on Saturday. For the full official lineup, check back on the team’s social accounts on Instagram, Facebook and X closer to puck drop. Quote
Prime Minister Koivu Posted January 17 Author Posted January 17 I doubt that Dach, Laine, Evans are all back tonight but if they were how would folks configure the lines? Caufield - Suzuki - Texier Slafkovsky - Kapanen - Demidov Laine/Bolduc - Danault - Dach Anderson - Evans - Gallagher 🤷♂️ Quote

Let him get some games in before taking Texier’s spot. Quote

Prime Minister Koivu Posted January 17 Author Posted January 17 Montembault in net Evans likely No Dach or Laine Quote
The Chicoutimi Cucumber Posted January 17 Posted January 17 Good to have Evans back. Hopefully Monty can have a solid outing. Quote
DON Posted January 17 Posted January 17 Always are 'spirited' affairs when they meet, but a nice one-sided Habs victory be nice to see. Quote
Prime Minister Koivu Posted January 17 Author Posted January 17 I knew it LOL Blais out and Veleno in Blais has been contributing and Veleno continues to be useless but hey left handed centre for that 1.3% faceoff boost 1 Quote
Prime Minister Koivu Posted January 18 Author Posted January 18 Blais 5 points in 13 games Veleno 4 points in 43 games One guy hits and forechecks and causes trouble in front of opponents net. The other guy skates all over the place accomplishing nothing TABARNAK 1 Quote

Suzuki is 6th and Veleno avoids overtaxing the Captain Quote
