Like I said in the other thread about Sullivan, good or even greater players are available for next to nothing so no one can say 'we can't mortgage our future for this guy or that guy' The only obstacle is the owner putting up some extra dough which he will recoup (some of it easily) if the team is that much stronger and plays more home playoff games. Dalhabs Posted February 19, 2004 Share Posted February 19, 2004 I still dont think the sens will win the cup. I think they need a Canadian player with leadership. Europeans wont play much harder in the playoffs than in the regular season while Northamerican players have showed on and on that most of them raise their game a level coming into the playoffs.
