    Got the chance to shake hands with a dozen Habs today. More impressive than I thought it would be. Was nice from them. Got an awkward "awe-struck" moment when I saw Price. In my line I had Pacioretty, Desharnais, Briere, Reway, Prust, Hudon, Moen, White, Therrien, Daigneault, Markov and I'm missing a few others. Actually I think I had the whole White team. Pretty hilarious Markov though.. was looking at the door behind him while shaking my hand and quickly ran away as soon the signal was given. They stayed about 15-30 min. Glad I arrived early.

    Subban 25G 86Pts - contract year, full year, great shape, no reason why he doesn't destroy the league (again)


    Briere 33G 81Pts - will kill it on the PP with Subban, and his line will work no matter who's centering it.


    Plekanec 15G 62Pts - I expect to see him split time with Eller on Briere's line


    Desharnais 14G 60Pts - I expect him to increase his PPG from last year difficult first new contract season


    Pacioretty 26G 56Pts - I expect him to keep his pace of the past 2 seasons


    Eller 22G 56Pts - should see increased icetime and PP time


    Markov 12G 50Pts - with attention on PK, will continue to perform. plus will play to be considered for Sotchi


    Galchenyuk 16G 34Pts - 2nd year slump - every sophomore gets it


    Gionta 16G 32Pts - should be a good contributor in a carousel of wingers on the top 2 lines


    Bourque 17G 32Pts - should be a good contributor in a carousel of wingers on the top 2 lines


    Gallagher 13G 29Pts - 2nd year slump - every sophomore gets it


    Diaz 5G 27Pts - very good 2nd wave offensive dman

    Trading an American for a Canadian usually sits well with me.

    I'm sad though to have waited so long to see him play for the Habs.

    Good luck MB I hope this ends up being a steal.

    Same feeling. You follow a player's development for 4-5 years, then when he knocks at the door you trade him.

    Thought Kristo was the kind of player we wanted.
