King is slow but the 4th line played well...this player must be listening to his coach and doing what is asked of him. Honestly there is no reason to play this guy other than he is doing his job out there; basically to take up some ice and not make any significant mistakes...

i think it happened in the 1st period of the first game...he took a couple of back to back hits...hasn't been the same since. I'm sure that was part of the Rangers game plan, Hurt Pax AND get in Price's face.

Prayer to the Big Hab
O Big Hab please watch the game tonight
And also make sure the Rangers do suck
And of course, as always I pray
Let a goal be scored, each by Radu and Galchenyuk
Amen
Go Habs Go

the Rangers are going to come out flying...expect them to go all out in the first period ..i expect Price will be very busy and Krieder WILL charge the net ...

I have no problem throwing many many dollars towards a cause like that if it results in Habs wins
Same here ....its funny...im not very religious - but this time of year i seem to talk to the Big Hab a lot...lol. I realize today is Easter and the Big Hab has other things on His mind ...but i did ask him if He could give Chucky a goal tonight...if nothing else it will stop the Chucky fans from pulling the last of their hair out..
Happy Easter everyone..

My girlfriend was also at the 5-0 comeback game. She wants a kickstarter to attend the rest of this series
if you can convince enough habs zealots that she is a good luck charm, then start a Fund Me campaign...

the rangers have a pretty bad home record....just saying

That was certainly a memorable game for my first ever game thread. I had a feeling the timing was right to come out of hibernation in the area.
What a time to score one of our seemingly rare last minute goals. I have Czech ancestry and so I'll always have a soft spot for Plekanec although the decline is real (a la Brad Richards near the end) and I was happy to see how much the goal meant to him. I had to miss the second and third periods because I had appointments but I rushed home when I saw that we were in overtime and caught from 3:30 left in overtime. I saw Lehkonen have a great chance and Radulov score the winner.
Huge win and let's hope it continues into Sunday.
a well deserved goal for Plex...he was strong on face-offs...strong on the backcheck...the best line all night

He didn't shorten the bench. The only player who didn't see time was Nesterov
Yes he did in the third...Martinsen hardly saw any ice time for a stretch.. limited ice for Ott, King Nesterov...that's shortening your bench...

Did anyone else resort to pouring a drink (or two) during that game to calm their nerves?
my nails

let's give CJ some credit...he pulled out all the stops. shortened the bench when he had to...turned on the blender big time. did all he could as a coach to pull out the win.

He did that in the 3rd - the fourth line hardly played while Nesterov was stapled to the bench.
julien did exactly what he needed to do...

Max needs to step it up in the overtime...he's playing like he's hurt...

i'm speculating of course...but i clearly remember him going back to the bench after the second hit by (i think it was Girardi) looking like he was hurting.
