  1. Wow, if only you knew. Bouillon probably has some of the best positioning for a D-man on our roster. And he can time checks better than anyone. The only knowck on him is that he is small. Think of it this way. How often do you notice Bouillon? Almost never. Why? Because he is always in the right position. We need Bouillon in the playoffs becuase he is just so dependable.

  2. Ok, do any of us see on a regular basis, what the coach does off the ice??? Probably not, so then how can we jugde who the good and bad coaches are. If you tell me that he isn't playing his youngsters enough, you may have a point because it's an apparent coaching move. But if you tell me Julien doesn't know how to motivate his players, or that Julien doens't run the right drills, that's bogus. You would have to be a witness, or your opinion doesn't count. One person who is a witness, is Bob Gainey. He's a lot more hockey smart than any of us. Leave it to the man

  3. What can I say? We are weak on defence. If we let the Komi, Souray duo on the ice all the time we would probably have one of the worst defences in the NHL. The habs just need to shop for one really solid defenceman.

  4. Yeah if you want prove that Deganais can score look at last season. I think the problem is the fact that the Ryder, Rebeiro, Dagenais was a line built for the old NHL. It wasn't the most defensive line but the trap could take care of that. In terms of offense, it was a perfect with one nifty playmaker, one hard working goal scorer and one guy who would bury his chances in the slot. But now speed is the biggest concern for NHL teams, and thse guys are not fast. Ryder is the only one who can still keep up with the rest of the NHL but I don't even think he can be as effective , relatively, as in the old 'take any shot you can get' NHL.

  5. Yeah i say start the players like Hggins and Ryder who look to

have the hunger right from the beginning. I know Koivu is playing hurt, Zednik was doing some crashing toward the net, and Kovelev didn't play as well as we know he can. The first line was not our best line last night. We gotta come at them harder with our second line as our first just until the first line is up to par

i think they should go like this:

    zednick-koivu-kovalev

    higgins-ribeiro-ryder

    bulis-bonk-sundstrom

    begin-plekanec-perezhogin

this lineup gives us speed, scoring, grit and defense from top to bottom....i dont know but im really likin this lineup!!!!

    These lines are tight

  7. Yeah you guessed it, Sheldon Souray. We all know what Sheldon Souray is capable of doing. And we all know that he is not looking like that Norris candidate he looked like a couple of years ago. Let's face it, he really sucks this year. I don't know weather it's his off-ice problems ( who wouldn't be distracted after a divorce with a women like that ?), or if it's the new NHL rules. One thing that I'm sure of is that Souray is capable of doing way better. Just think if we had Markov, Rivet playing the way they are and souray playing the way we know he can!! It would be amazingly hard to score goals against us. But how will Souray get back to his old form?? Patience. I urge all of you habs fans to stop booing Sheldon Souray. You will turn him into another Brisebois. Brisebois sucked more and more because he was afraid to make a mistake instead of aggresively trying to play hard. He knew that every mistake he made would add to the booing that he already experienced on a a nightly basis. If the booing continues with Sheldon Souray, he will lose his value. We will end up trading him for garbage, and he'll become an all-star on another team.

BE Patient, stop booing him and give him the support he deserves !!!

    Canadiens Score = Opponent's score +1

Oh what do you know the formula holds again! Aright I'm gonna coin the formula as my own, let's call it the Pills (PurpleHIlls short version) Formula. People will be teaching with the Pills formula for years to come.
