I'm sorry but dat 2nd goal was ALL abby's fault!! He went down 4 some reason to cover the post n took himself out of the play. He's always been doing dat.. going down in his shuffle.. he deserves to be let go this summer, ADIOS GOODBYE!

This guy is da ice man.. very well composed and handles the puck extremely well!! I'm hoping carbo plays him till he loses.. i'm very much impressed so far.

i'd definitely wait a bit more to decide on the future of our core players... As much as i love a guy like Souray, he can fetch us a LOT in return.. we cant ignore dat his value is as high as it'll ever be.. and since it aint really our year anyway, why not build for 2008.. in all reality i think BG's tenure here is to bring a cup home for 2009 anyway.

i love souray but unless BG can ink him to a contract around 4 million a yr.. he aint worth it n we should go get some solid prospect n draft picks from a team who's gonna go deep in da playoffs

Da habs need to change their system cause it's obviously not working anymore... carbo's got a lot of work ahead of him, i hope he takes up the challenge instead of benching sammy as scapegoat.
carbo's style of game may work in da playoffs.. but now, it seems every team's got our number.

If Sammy is staying, i would also like to see him paired with Koivu. Maybe try these lines:
Samsonov - Koivu - Latendresse
Higgins - Plekanec - Kovalev
Perezhogin - Bonk - Johnson
Streit - Lapierre - Ryder
Murray, Downey, Begin(IJ)
Can always swap Lats and Ryder at any point.
I think koivu's got something against samsonov.. how odd is it dat he's da only player who hasnt been put on a line with him? I think BG's move is GENIUS, it shows samsonov is NOT WANTED ANYWHERE so sammy has no choice but to shape up or ship out n retire. If he shapes up, good 4 us.. we can use his goals and maybe work out a trade when or if he shows he can still play. If he doesnt shape up, BG knows nobody will touch him if he puts him on waivers again and BG can pick up a quality 2nd line center at the trading deadline to fill up what we really need.

Addition from subtraction.. sammy was a cancer to the team and i hope he stays down in hamilton for the rest of the season. NOBODY WILL PICK HIM UP.. tho he might be a worth a risk in re-entry, IF da habs wanna pay half his salary... IMO, he'll be spending the rest of the season in house league.
He's da next vagenais. Adios... farewell, dont let da door hit ur a$$ on da way out!

i doubt anybody wants to touch samsonov's 3.5 million $ contract. The ONLY WAY we could trade sammy is if we dump our underachiever for another expensive underachiever. Either way, i dont see BG giving up on him just yet. Remember BONK last year?

I think the hit on koivu was a cheap shot.. u see him line him up and take a good 3 strides in obscurity to hit him when saks had no clue what was coming from the other side. Yeah, u could say he should keep his head up but this was more "sending a message" more than anything else. Thank god Souray came to his defense! u cant let let some1 like that cheap shot ur teammate, let alone ur captain! I was disgusted to see nor higgins nor ryder jump on the fuker.
Souray is a definite leader in my book.
Did i mention i'm going to Sunday's game?

I think it's gonna go down to the wire. Most teams are still in the playoff chase and i think the only trade we're looking to make is trade Aebisher, possibly package him with Samsonov but dat's more of a salary dump n i expect some1's heafty salary will get dumped on us in return.

i recall begin saying it's one of those injuries dat would be playable during da playoffs but since it's da regular season, my bet he's taking it easy. My bet is dat he's back for da playoffs if not a couple of weeks be4hand. he's a great leader on this team n he will be back when da time comes. TRUST ME

I hope da habs get into a bench clearing brawl in da 1st period. We need something to get da chemistry back in this team n make it feel more like a family.

Look, it's da same team we had earlier in da season.. it's definitely a chemistry thing, so perhaps a team building getaway or team building exercises are needed to fix this problem. If i was carbo, i'd definitely look into this ASAP (all star weekend) or else he's either gonna get da axe, or he'll be strongly suggested by BG to change his system ASAP. I really think this team can go far if THEY THEMSELVES begin to believe in themselves. It's too bad a stand up guy like begin is out, he's definitely a guy who bleeds bleu blanc rouge and could lead this team by example.
But i wont vote on this poll.. this team needs tweeking, not major changes like da 1's proposed.
GO SEEK GUIDANCE THRU A LEISURE / TEAM BUILDING SPECIALISTS; this may be as simple as a 10-15 thousand $ fix at some camp style retreat.
