That actually reminds me of something I heard while listen to FAN 960. One of the Flames guys was talking and he said when the Habs were in Calgary last season and he interviewed Komisarek, he came away with the impression that Komi clearly hated playing in Montreal and wanted out ASAP. Seems like today just proved his point.
Well he got his wish. Hopefully all Komi's issues were dealt with in all the habs's changes.
Still wish we would have gotten something in return for him...and to the Leafs...the ultimate insult.

Anaheim's Parros would also enforce the law.
I also am not a big fan of using a roster spot on a goon, but it's good to keep the other team honest.

its does matter if you win the fight, its having the parts to stand up for your self and team... go habs go
I'm not suggesting they don't stand up. They had the stones, just Chara's a beast and the B's are going home with no points.

Great night to be a Habs fan, of course every night is a great night to be a Habs fan.
5 to go and not an easy stretch, but if they play to their potential they'll be tough to beat. On to the playoffs to do some damage.

I still have a flicker of hope but it's fading. Time is so short.
The next game or two will tell all. Hopefully the time off is just what they needed. If they don't get their act together right now in addition to missing the playoffs they could easily end up last in the division. That would be just awful!!! :puke:

When are they going to play a complete game? Was this one not important enough for a full 60 minute effort?
It's obvious that Abby wasn't playing well tonight, but the Habs were outshot 30 to 13 over the last 40 minutes.
