  1. Sometimes I question weither people are really habs fans cuz all they ever do is rip the players and team. This game, nor was the Pittsburgh game, Theodore's fault. If you hate the Canadiens, become a Leaf fan. Otherwise, zip it. [Edited on 2005/11/13 by Leafs Suck]
  2. I really wish people would just give it rest about Theo and this game. The Leafs got all the bounces. Even Leaf fans on other boards are admiting they had no business even being in this game. They know Montreal is the superior team and that their joke of a team team was lucky they gave up only 4. If the Habs had scored in OT or held on, people wouldn't be so upset. Well that fluke goal was beyond stupid. It shouldn't count it was so bad. And the OT was just a bad situation on all ends. Lets regroup and kick the crap outta the Pussy Cats next game. We play this jerks 5 more times. If we play'em like we did tonight, we'll win them all. I guarnatee it.
  3. I think you guys are missing the point The game never should have got to 4:00 of overtime. Montreal should have finished them off in the 3rd. 15 PP shots, 1 goal. That is more of a concern.
  4. Behind the net Dandenault tried to clear it Deflected off Allison Went right up in the air Hit Theodore in the back and BARLEY crossed the line Infact, if it wasn't for the net came, it would have been disallowed. From the top camera, you can't tell if it's in. [Edited on 2005/11/13 by Leafs Suck]
  5. Played the 2k6 version and they're horrible. Sounds like such a video game. Atleast with EA, Hughson's sounds realistic. 2k NHL series is horrid IMO. Some good idea, but the game play is pathetic. the NBA 2k series is different. NBA 2k6 = Best BBall game ever!
  6. What's the answer? Bring Benchwarmer Garon back? The guy had a strong weak I thought, he was just unlucky on three plays.
  7. Wow it took 29 pages for the Theodore bashing. How'z Garon doing? Lets look at the two most important goals. Allison's - 100% fluke. O'Neill's - 1-timer that Roy himself wouldn't stop Leave the guy alone. This was not his fault.
  8. If the Habs play there game and have a more effective PP, they'll win. They always play better in TO for some reason.
  9. BTW, Higgins played an amazing game. I love this kids moves. It's hard to believe he only has 3 goals. He's getting lost in the amazing rookie class, but I tell you this kid is gonna be a beauty. I'd even go as far as to suggest he play on the #1 line with Koivu and Kovalev.
  10. ya but monday at school is going to be hell:nono: I know man, and logic says Leafs have no business being proud of their effort tonight. Everything that could go wrong for Montreal, did. It's as simple as that.
  11. And some of you need to relax. This was just one of those games that you gotta forget about. The more you think about it, the more pissed you'll get. Now, sit down, relax, watch the Flames/Avs game (Go Flames) and let Mr.Jack Daniels take you to sleep. Avoid TV and papers if you live in TO and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
  12. Did you watch the game? Momentum means alot, espically the way the game is being played. Habs showed guts and came back very well to tie the game up and Begin's goal would have given them the lead. Once he missed, you knew the Leafs were gonna win. Just one of those feelings you get.
  13. Quebecois knows the score. If Hossa was doing what Staal is doing right now, I'd fully agree but he's not. And he is not a game breaker. Far from it. I agree with Quebecois about ONeill. He was at the right place at the right time. He was invisable tonight.
  14. That is very harsh. Begin had the game on his stick and lost it. I don't care if he tied it, he choked. He is mainly to blame. Montreal had all the momentum and it would have carried into the third. Begin scores, I bet the Habs would have won. The way the game is going, you can just tell. He blew it, plain and simple. Where are all those "Begin should be on the 2nd line" now?
  15. Hossa lightning it up? For christ sakes :nono: Please don't tell me O'Neill is a goal scorer. The bum scored a 1-timer that anyone in the world (except Steve Begin) would have scored on a lame-duck penalty call.
  16. It's one of those games that everything that could go wrong, does go wrong. -Pathetic Habs PP -Begin's open net miss -Fluky fluky tying goal -Moronic penalty call Thing is, inless it is impacting the play why call it? I mean c'mon, it's OT. It's been a good game, why ruin it on a garbage penalty?
  17. Fluke, pure fluke. Leafs have no business with a point. Combination if Montreal's inabiliity on the PP, Begin's miss and that tying goal.
  18. Is it too much to ask this team to get a goal? They always do this. It's like they love playing with a 1-goal lead. Holy crap.
  19. Habs are playing intense but BETTER keep it up. Still half a period left. [Edited on 2005/11/13 by Leafs Suck]
  20. Told yay Begin would tie it Leafs are sitting back way too much
