Well, I sent in my submission already today, so whoever does the next sim, please make sure my submission isn't in the trash again.

Any idea why they would be in the trash already? I almost always send my HQ submissions immediately after the sims, like on the 5th.

NB - Roy is now back in Canada, he has bought a Canadian Jr. team, he is coaching a bunch of Canadian kids, he has spent his hard earned money on Canadian hockey, he is still influencing the game in Canada! You think the media would report that? Ok, no offense David, but this wasn't your best sim.
- Jason Chimera's training was not moved to Defence
-My ticket prices were not raised (luckily I had no home games)
-Phil Sauve was not put into my lineup for my game against Calgary
Whoever does the next sim, please be careful to look at every box in people's submissions.
On to the positives:
-I lost to Edmonton, but Matt Greene beat Joe Thornton in a fight
-I beat Calgary
-Nash has 3 goals in 2 games

Reds traded Sean Casey for some no-name pitcher from the Pirates, not even a young prospect. I've been a Reds fan all my life, but this horrible move by the awful management of that team is the last straw. It's time for me to find a new team, one that is smart enough to keep its best player and team leader around, rather than making room for prospects such as Wily Mo Pena, the WORST outsfielder I've seen in my life.

My roommate is a ManU fan. Needless to say, I gave him some good jabs about his team getting knocked out so early. It's what he gets for ragging on Liverpool.

Finally, now teams can stop making offers for Dwyer in the game. Every time I simmed a day or two ahead, some time made an offer for Dwyer.

I think it makes more sense to end each sim on the day that the weekly team report comes out.

Hmm, practically the same quote from Gretzky, after a different list of goalies. Looks like one (or both) articles got the list of goalies wrong.
Anyways, who cares if Theo makes the team as the 3rd goalie? All he'll do is sit around doing nothing. I'm fine if a more deserving goalie makes the team and lets Theo spend some time with his family over the break.

Very true, my mistake. Still, the tread title was changed because it represented opinion as fact, not because I disagreed with what was said.

I simply like Chimera better than Schaefer, so I essentially traded Schaefer for him.

I'm sick of all this "WaynEgo" crap? Since when did he become such a bad guy?
And why is it so surprising that Theodore isn't on his list? All the guys you listed have been better than Theodore this season. Face it, Jose has not been that great this season. Belfour's numbers are similar, but he's got the experience factor. Turco's numbers are better, and Cujo is playing amazing this season.
As for TSN's rankings, what's the big deal? Montreal has played like crap lately. I realize there are injuries and suspensions and such, but Power Rankings are all about how the team has done recently. 21st is generoud after the rough stretch we are going through.

Well, I got most of my work done.
Good thing my 10 AM class in cancelled, I can use that time to finish up my work for my 1:30 PM class.

Ah, once again procrastination rears its ugly head. Since sitting down to my my assignment, I have checked the forums once every 5 minutes for the ast 2 hours.
Needless to say, not much has been happening.

A broken finger is a lot different from a knee injury requiring surgery. St. Louis basically figured out that he was able to hold his stick and shoot despite the injury. Being able to skate on a bad knee is a lot harder than playing with a broken bone in the finger.

Not quite sure where you are getting your info, as Raitis turns 27 in less than a month. This guy has no business being in the NHL. I still don't see why they picked him over Vandermeer in the first place.
