I agree Yanic should have been out there, but Dowd is quality on FO, and better defensively. Anyway, Dowd did his job and won he FO, but Samsonov held down Rivet's stick with his own, so Boston was able to make a play on the puck first.

OT coming, and Boston has all the momentum.

Second goal looked fairly soft, he should have had it. It went through two guys legs. We looked great the first 10 minutes of the 2nd, but then we again got dominated the last 10 minutes. We need to freaking clear the puck! Quintal is on the bench, but hasn't played since the inury. I like Komi, but I don't want him to play because Quintal is hurt. Come on PMK, I don't feel the team played well at all, Boston kept it in our zone for long periods of time at least 3-4 different times. Theo made some good saves, he faced a lot of shots, although he did get lucky on the 2-on-1. Our first goal was lucky, and the other a rebound. Boston had 10 scoring chances to our 5, we were outplayed, Theo was better than Raycroft, only reason we are winning.

Despite the 2-1 lead, it seemed like Boston was on a powerplay the entire period, they pretty much dominated the play. Let's come out and dominate some play ourselves, increase that lead!

I just read an article for The Gazette that made it sound unlikely that Begin will playe tonight: "Begin is another matter. Julien conceded that the forward has a leg injury after being hit by the Bruins' Dan McGillis, and that's consistent with the fact Begin left the Bell Centre Sunday night on crutches. It will take a visit to Lourdes to get Begin into the lineup tonight and that will put the Canadiens' depth to the test."

What do you guys think of his performance in the series. I didn't see game 1, but in game 2 he lost that game on a soft goal. In game 3, I thought he looked good. He was an inch away from stopping both goals, as each of them went in off his body. On an related note, as ESPN panned across the crowd in game 3, I couldn't help but wonder if I "knew" anybody they were showing.

I read that he left the arena on crutches. Doesn't exactly sound good. He would be a huge loss, he always gives 100% and isn't afraid to play the body. Did Ribs just have the wind knocked out of him? His knee looked weird as he went down, but seemed fine after he got up.

I hold very little hope of winning another game this series. It looked like they went all out the entire 3rd and still couldn't break the tie.

Sure, Kovalev isn't producing, but it's pointless to have him on a defensive line. I just don't get it. Oh well. Let's come out with some entusiasm and heart tonight!

Ugh, I used a Mac for 5 years, it's amazing you were able to listen on it. Now that I have a PC, I will never go back. I have dial-up where I am right now, so I couldn't pick the game up very well on cjad.com, but most of the time I'm on a newtowk, so hopefully I'll be able to pick the games up better there.

So are you saying that it always displays your birthday where it says "Posted on:"? If so, there is definitely something wrong in your options. I too noticed your season late post, but at least on my computer it shows that the thread was started in June of 2003. Also, happy birthday.
