In other North Division match ups, San Antonio and Cleveland is still scoreless in the first and the Syracuse leads Hershey 2-1 after 1 period of play. Finally still 3-2 for the Leafs with less than 9 minutes to go in the third.

I indeed, the orange lines are ugly. By the look though, the colors seem to apeal the eye since their not bright which is a good thing.

I doubt Heatly is behind this but it is still some crazy situations. Kinda sucks when your trying to enforce the laws in a society and get killed by doing it.

My guess (and sound's like a dumb one) is to make the puck more easier to see on television. Sometimes the games are broadcasted and the ice is so bright the puck is hard to see. Edit: typo [Edited on 2005/3/11 by Tony]
