I bet leopold has been a disapointment but that guy was lights out in calgary, and single handedly made Regehr into an allstar. What happened to calgarys defense once Leopold left?? It completely blew up.. Lydman for a 3rd? Commodore for a 4th? brutal trades by sutter.. we wouldnt need crap filler like zyuzin or eriksson if we had better depth.

YUP. And some of the GREAT players in the NHL are from Western Canada. And many play on teams in the West which is why I stay up late to watch games out west. People who are hockey ooopppsss leaf fans in my area do not even know what a western hockey team is.....
Makes sense, there as alot of leafs blood all over the country. I just wish I could make them all move to edmonton.

yeah i understand that but you all come from "hockey areas" i.e ontario/quebec/atlantic canada(except for stealth)
You didnt even mention western canada. Do we simply not qualify as "hockey areas"? I grew up on a golf course with 5 flooded ponds during the winter all within walking distance.
