so far I can play Phoenix, Detroit, Colorado or Anaheim in the playoffs. I think Detroit would be easy, pheonix has a real sleeper team. I think ill get pheonix because im winning lots now and the majority of my games left are home games.

shit nabokov was hot again this week
3-0 with 14 goals for and 4 goals against in 3 games.
Modano had 7 pts in 3 games . Yet I still didnt get player of the week, guess I cant win it every week.

The San Jose sharks look to dominate the playoffs with Excellent defense. 2 hopefully consistant scoring lines combined with a good skating line and a strong checking line. Nabokov can be the best goalie in the league... when he wants to be.

San Jose accepts and confirms the Mclaren to Min Rumours.
Ive been trying to move mclaren ever since I traded with washington to deepen my blue line. I wanted a good player and I got one in brendl who could become a 82/68 2nd line winger for me. Ekman wasnt being resigned at the end of the season so brendl is an obvious upgrade from ekman 2 or so years down the road. I also get a key PK/4th line hitter for the playoffs, and my PK has been bad all season. I get a 3rd rounder and lose 2.2 mil salary right now to resign toskala or make another move to improve the sharks for this season and the next 2.

By the way, when I was thinking about that..it's really hard to predict the standings this year. I mean where do you put Pittsburgh? Will Colorado make the playoffs? Will Nashville win the Cup? (alright, kidding there) But Wow, it'll be a crazy year.
So you can't blame me for not choosing the worst teams possible. To me the worst teams I can see are Minnesota and Edmonton. Every other team has good players now and might have a shot at the playoffs.
wow I cant believe you just said that. Min and edm have both made the playoffs not last playoffs but the season before. If you want to rattle down shitty teams write down phoenix, caralina, Chicago, buffalo
