SharksGM actually had control of the team and had some activity. Made UFA offers and was in charge of SJ for the waiver draft.
The old sharks gm made the following moves:
Signed retiring Chelios to a 6 Mil $ Deal.
Mariuz Czerkawski (Petr Nedved Syndrome).
Claimed Darby Hendrickson off Waivers.
I basically had to trade czerkawski for a retiring Niewendyk and let Chelios retire.

My best Steal was Modano for Sturm and a 3rd.. Modano later went on to have 3 90+ seasons for me including a 99 PT campaign while playing with Brendl and Michalek. Sad to say he still hasnt gotten in the HWL HHOF

Thanks for simming. If you guys didnt sim, the league would be over just like the other 100 ehm online leagues. Only like 30% of leagues actually make it to season 6, and we should give praise to those that made that happen. Even tho I may have had a scrum with some of you I still feel confident that you can handle simming and that you wont abuse it. Keep up the good work, lets try to hit 10 seasons!

If it's up to me, I'm just picking a forward and a defenseman. I'm not wasting my time scouting guys who will barely make the farm team. I wouldn't blame Triz for doing the same thing.
im ok with any filler, even if they dont make the farm team.. lets face it I had next to no time to prepare for this draft. I no longer have a list of guys I can draft but rather a list of guys I cant draft. I aint going to get anything but garbage, hopefully you can just randomly click on a few guys to finish the draft, it will save me hours of work.

Simply, no. I had a request like this last season and it ended up being time consuming. It's not a drafters duty to scout. If you want to request something simple like scrolling down to find the next defenceman in the CSB, or the next role player, that I will do.
I dont see what the problem is.. my picks are basically the last 2 left.. just tell jets to draft me whoever as he inputs it.. its not like there will be somoene picking after me. I can understand the inconvienace but how bad is it for the last 2 picks of the draft, seems like you "could" be more leniant in this situation if you wanted to be.

clearly what I said was taken out of context, and was in pure speculation. I wasnt accusing you of cheating or doing anything like that to benefit I was just saying that I disagree with the idea of it. I do trust you (and fanpuck) with simming the game, despite what you think. I never ment to insult you.
@Tony - My tanking in Season 2 wouldnt be considered tanking in season 5. I was giving lots of icetime to young guys, not putting modano on my 4th line and playing Toskala. If you look closely I picked Brassard 10th Overall.

um I didnt accuse Noah I only said if that did happen that I wouldnt want the guy handling things and that they shouldnt have responsibility. If your innocent I dont see why you would be offended.

I give up alot but get the best player in the deal. I really wanted to trade the 29th pick in this deal instead but it stalled out last minute.. probably due to the availability of players. I expect my pick to by pretty high next year as well, maybe even 30th so It helped finish the deal. Gaborik gives me another stud to play around with in my lines.

Trillion was designed to be a bridge between clients in the great "IM Wars". Many were lost during the bloody battle that seemed to be waged for a centery. Trillion was originally created by "young programmers" that through tweaking could allow cross-client IM's to function properly. With the differances in client software it left the program buggy and subject to worms. Were these holes left on purpose by the programmers or just an incomplete version. There was even a rumor that there was spyware built into the program on purpose. Im unsure of what became of trillian Post-2000 but When it was in beta it was dangerous despite the fact that the client is amazing and looks good too.

i hold the dubious honour of being the only gm fired, due to lack of knowledge or something can't remember that wasn't due to personal reasons or being an ass on the boards etc. lol
Although I barely won worst gm award i believe. ........*cough* you'd of thought it'd be a landslide.
if you don't know who i am i'm a lounge lizard who hangs out in the lounge. I'm also a canadiens fan even though nobody believes I'm a fan, yet every time I'm on local tv or mentioned on the radio here on the island i'm that "super knowledgeable american who was wearing a montreal canadiens t-shirt." So go figure eh?
oh and i've watched about 3 habs games this year usually it goes i watch the first, fall a sleep, then watch the last ten minutes of the third. Only have watched 2 Canucks games watched the first 10 minutes, then took a nap, wake up and watch the highlights. busy life being me.
The old calgary GM was pushed out by the league admin over like a 2 seasons

Is the salary cap ever going to go up? EHM has a problem with super-incling contracts, and even middle-of-the-road players wont sign unless they get a big contract already. Will the league ever do anything to combat incling contract
