"I wanna be proud of our sport, not ashamed" Now to think about it, I think 2011 is gonna go down in history as the worst hockey year possibly in history, Iy started with Sid gettin hurt. To patches, then the Bruins winning the cup, tragic summer. I hope it already hit its lowest, and hopefully with Shanahan the overall product of the game improves also. Even if they take out fighting and "finishing" your checks, I think it would be more exciting to watch, the excessive violence and injuries are pointless and only hurts the game.
