Ryder should be put on the top line along with Zednik and Koivu. Perezhogin was good there, but that was because Kovalev was the set up man. Julien should put Ryder on the first and shake things up all the way down. The habs may have gotten two points out of the Toronto and Pitts. games. But they need to play better. Here's what i would do: Ryder-Koivu-Zednik (let the scoring begin) Higgins- Ribs-Bulis (Better defensively than our 2nd line has been.) Begin-Pleks-Lapierre (Shut them down!) Sundstrom-Bonk-Perezhogin (some d and some o..)

Zednik, Kovalev, and Ryder Nothing fancy. Get up there and beat the goalie. Most of the time they try too hard.

Anybody know if Sergei Gonchar is playing. I heard he has a groin injury and is questionable to play. Any info is appreciated. There D is already brutal, a big loss like this could really help the Habs.

i'm gonna say 7-2 Habs. I think both Mario and Sid the Kid score, but the Pittsburgh D is so brutal Montreal should have no trouble getting good scoring chances. GO HABS GO

Not sure if anybody else cars, but the Leafs lost to the Caps tonight leaving us 7 points up on them after 15 games. We are also 9 points up on the ninth place team (buffalo). That sweep of Buffalo was huge. I know some people find it exciting if Montreal is fighting for a playoff spot in the last week of the regular season, but I have no problem if they can clinch a spot with about a month left. They have looked strong lately. I know they're only winning by 1 goal, but the fact is they are WINNING. Playoff success is often based on who wins those 1 goal games. Anyways, I have a paper to due for the University, so I should get back to that. Just wanted to point out the fact that we're 4.5 games up only 15 games in. Go HABS Go :hlogo:
