I absolutely agree! Too many times people have a tendency of over valuing the value of their players and undervaluing the value of other players. There's no way you can get your hands on one of the elite YOUNG players from Edmonton without sending either Subban or Galchenyuk the other way.

Quantity does not equal quality.
If I'm Edmonton I don't accept anything from Montreal for Yak/Eberle/Hopkins/Yakupov/Hall that isn't Galchenyuk or Subban.
well lucky for us your not edmonton. and trading one of there young forwards for one of ours makes zero sense. i don't think getting another 20year old is what edmonton needs so scratch galchenyuk. also, it would take minimum 2 of those 4 forwards to get subban alone.

if were talking edmanton we should be talking nugent-hopkins, hall, eberle, perron,petry or shultz.
MTL: gorges eller hudon and a 1st and 3rd round pick
EDM: hall and petry.
this would make us better.

i thought tinordi played himself a good couple games so far. he looked relaxed on the puck tonight in his own end and didn't really turn it over at the line anytime i could recall. All against some of the stiffest forward opposition in the league? hopefully he can continue this play and force MB's hand into a move before the deadline

This isn't about one game, it's about how Therrien is handling the best player on the Habs and turning him mediocre.
the best player on the habs is price right now. I'm one of PK's biggest fans but MT has nothing to do with how bad PK Subban is right now. that turnover at the line was just plain irresponsible and something an "elite" defensemen as PK described himself earlier doesn't do. what MT should of done instead of benching him in the game was remove him from the PP for a bit to settle him down and straighten him out. the game prior he did the exact same thing and got a penalty which led to a goal. thats 2 major selfish mistakes that could of should of cost us 4 points. thats not MT thats PK!
Wow. I would love to watch the same games you guys are. Subban has been a giveaway machine lately. He is bloody dangerous. I might have agreed with you in the beginning of the season when he was playing well, but in the last 10 games, the kid is just plain scary. Minus two in the first period. And playing dipsy doodle with the puck on the pp allowing sutter to score. Would have been a minus 3 but that was a pp. Seriously. Getting mad about subbans ice time after a horrendous performance like that just doesnt make sense.
