Whew, exciting game so far. Huet doing great. People were bashing him because he played poorly for 30 mins last week? The first 30 mins of the season? Give me a break. The man's only human. He's allowed to goof up his first 30 minutes in my book, because it seems like he's back to his usual form now.

Another quality preseason game thread by Spider-Man This is our first game of 3 agaisnt the Sens. Let's give it to them. Obligatory GO HABS GO

Actually, it's been 3 games, since Kovalev and friends didn't play the first game. Two russian stars trying to play together for the first time, get a good feel for eachother, whilst playing with centers who change every game, etc. Give them a break. When they finally "click", it'll be something amazing to watch, i just know it. Give it time. Patience is a virtue my friends, and for now, time is actually something we have (pre-season exhibition games) So relax already.

I agree. Although for now i still feel Latendresse shouldn't be rushed to the main team this year, i want to see him play in the rest of the pre-season games. If he plays the next 3 games with the same drive he displayed tonight, i think he *should* play on the main team.

Well it's over... 4-3, Habs lose. Sigh. Koivu line : Outstanding play, especially on Koivu's part. I give them an A Kovalev line : Total failure.. D Conclusion: The russians need to start clicking or we're doomed.
