I'm no expert, but i think last game's loss was a bit of a psychological thing, possibly relating to the last time the habs faced the penguins with crosby in the shootout, etc. I've been reading a lot about behavioral patterns in sports and other activities and you'd be surprised how subtle things can have a huge impact on performance. Our players need to clear their heads and be focused. Clear their minds of distractions and let their reflexes, muscles and knowledge of the game do the work. I'd say the team is putting in effort, they just lack the drive and confidence. My impressions at least... After the closed-door session with Claude Julien, let's hope the team will get back on track. We have most of our players back, let's show the devils what we can do! Theodore has meant the different in a number of matches. Maybe you've forgotten about some of the very close matches where the Habs were clearly losing but Theodore stole the win for us. Yes there were matches where he struggled, but I think our priority should be dealing with some of the less-than-stellar players we have atm. Even there, i don't think any major trades are required. Just give it time. The slump is over, have some faith.
