Wow pathetic game so far for the habs. Honestly is it that hard to clear the puck out of the zone, make a GOOD first pass and maybe create one scoring chance in the 2nd period? Now you see how much Kovalev meant to this team. You sure know how to talk.

Sorry I meant anywhere.. Anyways the other poster is right. Koivu is NOT playing well. He isnt creating chances that he has the talent to create. His passes are easily intercepted and hes not shooting either. The whole habs period wasnt good. 2 bad penalties, outshot 12-5, only 1 scoring chance where again Higgins shot low, bad first passes.

Playing with heart wont get you anymore if you dont score or even create scoring chances.

Getting dominated again. Shots are something like 10-4 and all but one of our shots was remotely a scoring chance. (Higgins but GOD DAM why do you shoot low on a breakaway?) No he hasnt. Most of his passes are getting picked up. Just cuz hes running around doesnt hide that fact.

I agree the refs are costing us games but still I think even I would make a better goalie then Huet if given the proper training. He's just SO slow laterally and half the time just stands there with his glove down hoping the puck hits him.

Huet is finally showing his true colors. Trade him before he loses all value. He's not a starting goalie in this league (at least not for a playoff team).
