I wonder why Carbo even has Murray on the team if he isn't going to play in a game like this!
The last few times we've played the pens, there has been fights, and we need a policeman/enforcer to sitck up for our players (Murray). Him in for Dandy would have been my choice.

i can't understand why he would abandon Plekanec with Lats and Kostopoulous
Carbo wants Chips to play on 3rd line with Kosto and Lats to make a defensive checking line against Crosby's line.
Also, Chips on 2nd with Kovy and AK46 wouldn't be good, that isn't Chips style of hockey.
Plecs will be a nice improvment to our second line. I have a feeling that line will do great, and if it does, then you can say bye bye Grabs.

The Leafs are big & fast, which is a nice combo, but they lack skill, depth, and defensive responsibility (that includes their forwards). If they have a good year, Maurice will deserve all the accolades he can get.

I have it going now, even though it never worked a few weeks back.

I have a few notes:
First of all, Great thread as usual, and nice crosby pic.
I think Fluery will have a breakout game.
I wonder if chips will get a chance, here is what I'd love to see:
Higgs Koivu Ryder (should play great, like always, I'm hoping this line will score two goals)
A. Kosty Grabs Kovalev (Look for grabs to have a HUGE game)
Smokes Plecs Lats (This would be an amazing defensive line, and if lats doesn't take penalties, this line will be solid)
Murray Chips Kostopoulos (I would love to see Chips play, also we need an enforcer, Murray, because we're playing the pens. And Begin did absolutely Shit all in the first two games. So chips should have his spot)
Marky Komy (Hopefully, Marky makes up for his blunder against the laffs)
Hammer Georges (Josh would learn so much from Hammer, that would really boost George's confidence)
Streit Dandenault (I don't want Boo Boo in, and dandy would get a final chance to proove he can play some D)
Huet (Hope he can handle the puck a bit better)
Price (I don't see "Our Future" playing until the 26th vs Carolina!)
***I know I really mixed up the lines, but at this point of the year, it's a great time for it.

I don't think we need another center in Lapierre, but if he's replacing anybody it better be lats
