What's that got to say to Laraque?!
Has one of the best games he will have all year, and is scratched.
You know he wanted that Fritz beast again especially because he hasn't faught in over a week.

Kovy, Plex, A Kost are all struggling a LOT.
Maybe putting them back together would help? Just a thought.

Plus, what's the point of wasting out assets on a d-man who we don't really need in the big picture since we have lot's of young defence that will be jockying for position in a year or two.
If there is a point it would be to take a run at the cup.
You take a look at the past two cup winners in Anaheim and Detroit and their defense is stacked. Also, since we have so much young D it may be alright to move one or two.

I LOVE that Berman is such a huge CFL fan. IIRC he's a Bombers fan, he was invited to their training camp this season. And he's always got to throw in some kind of mention for the CFL whenever he does NFL Countdown (although I haven't seen that show in ages, I don't think TSN airs it anymore)
That's cool, I always thought CFL in America was like Ping Pong in Canada or something lol.

Wow lewcheech mocked us again by scroring and handing us another loss... even though he ran like a girl from BGL ...just great. Now why didn't he tangle with George? Caus' he's smart and he did exactly what he should have done.
BGL failed again in not plastering him. It was too funny to look at them just inviting themselves to dinner.
BGL actually had a great game and failed nothing.
He shut down Lucic's physical play when he was out there.
You want a 2, 5, and 10 minute penalty giving Boston 2 minutes of 5-3 then 3 more minutes of powerplay in a close, meaningful game?

When Laraque is on with Lucic at the same time this is what Lucic thinks:
"Man, If I hit someone that goon will hand my ass to me.. Better play clean."
Notice how whenever BGL was on with him that Lucic never laid one hit.
Lucic hit a few times when Laraque was off the ice. He also scored too when BGL was off the ice.
Carbo keep BGL on him like glue!

Read Carbo does not think any Defenseman in Hamilton is ready yet.
The D was already shaky at best, now losing Komisarek is big.
Even when he gets back, could be another mth before he refinds his game.
Wander if a Trade for a D is possibility.
Realistically a team is going to want one of habs young forwards, probably someone like Plekanac - in order to get someone back decent.
I think Plex is pretty untouchable.
But I'd trade him for a D seeing we have much more depth at forward than D.

As much as I like Price, who else thinks that, if Roy started tonight, there'd be a shutout for the Habs? Big game night, big game player.
Scouts said Price had one of the best composures (for a kid) they have ever seen.
Price can handle pressure too.
