He would add size and toughness which we really need and not be pushed of the puck like Perreault. We need to ad toughness to get through the first round, Toronto, Philly or Ottawa, scary.:hlogo:

Hi just found this site, and i have to say that trade talks seem to be on everyones minds. Wouldn't it seem like a bad idea to give away any of our future players, Perezhogin and Hossa? Maybe for a Foresburg but get real, You don't give your youth up for a quick fix unless you are in a now or never search for the cup like Toronto is this year, Keep the youth, they will be ready in 2 years when we resume play. Also we will be rid of the big contracts by then and can dump the deadwood. Gainey should and will add player or 2 but he isn't about to give up the future for the now when even if we got Jagr Gaunter and Holik we wouldn't be contenders. We are a 2nd round team at best this year, get use to it. Hopefully the boys play over thier heads and we go the distance but that would involve Morenz and Richards ghosts finding the Bell and it ain't happened yet.
