the d-man that i would like to have but i dont think many of you will agree with me but i would like to have Bryan Berard. Chicago will not be offering him a qualifing offer so i think he would be good for the Habs...not a very expesive player.

Hopefully Higgins can stepo up and impress everyone. He has the talent to do so but not the experience. If he makes the team it will be great for him and the Habs.

I find that if Montreal would do this it would not be a very smart move. First of all Johnson is a very skilled player but i dont think he will go straight to the NHL next year. "I think that with the free agent age going down Montreal will be able to get a higher class player. Im not saying that Johnson is a bad pick hes a good pick but i would not give up so much for him because no player i really a sure bet. I would love to have him but only if we can get him and the number 5 pick or if we give up less for him.

I also say keep Brisebois because he isnt a bad player he is just paid to much. He had a bad season in 2003 but was good in 2004. If Montreal can make him sign a less expensive contract i say keep him here.

I agree with you for most of you collum but not the plekenec or Bouillon parts. I think that plekenec could see himself on the 2nd or third line instead of kostsitsyn because kosty need some more experience. Perhaps he'll come up later in the year but not right away. Now for the Bouillon contraversy i thing that yes Bouillon is a undersized player but hes a fantastic player that hold his ground. He has never dissapointed me with his play as Dykhuis and Hainsey have. He alwayss plays with 200 % and never gives up. He has alot of heart which compensates his size. He will never be a great goal scorer i don't think but he will become a solid defensemen that montreal can count on it various situations.

I said that the habs prospect were doing ok because there plus minus rate are not in the minuses except for Rene. We can't judge these players only on the're stats because as we know at time states mean nothing. If there playing smart and playing good defense doesn't that also mean there playing good. One of Montreal's Belerusian prospect Grabovsky had an amazing game on Monaday, today. He scored 4 goal out of the 5 goals his team scored. Belerus Won a score of 5-0. This is great to hear for us Montreal Canadiens fans. We get to see how our top prospects can preform conpared to the elite of the world. The tournament has been okay for Montreal prospect and hopefully will get better for them as the games pass.

No, todays move has nothing to do with HNIC. CBC owns the rights to broadcast Saturday night games for Canadian teams, they arent about to let CTV take those away from them. If kostitsyn would force to the net more he would get alot more goals. He gets alot of oppertunities and seems like a very good player. I think he just has to improve on his skating and develop more his skil, like one or two more years with the dogs and he'll be a great player
