Sorry man don't see it happening.:eyes:You are right it would take magic for it to happen, that's the only way that it could.:nono:

Sure his first line will click but after that and his goalie he's got nothing. Expect the Sens to end it quickly and then move on to your sorry ass in the conference final...............(if somehow you can sneak your way past Florida that is);)

That's a copyright sentence. You infringed Atlanta's trademarks and you'll be judged under the law. :contract:

I knew you'd do something like this. I said Thrash not Thrashers...........

How do you think I felt when I read that??

How would YOU feel if I wrote to Sens' pussy team: "Hey Ottawa... watch out, my team will turn WILD and sweep you in the 1st round".. Now tell my how you'd feel :eyes:

Well I am not sure how he feels but I know how I feel now.

Looking forward to our series, should be a good one and don't be disappointed when I move to the second round.:/)

He's right.:D With the expected team I'm going to have, even he's scared............

Hey, just had an idea. Why don't you start a thread called, "How good Minnesota WILL be". Then you can boast in there to yourself.:-^;)

    :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Wont you ever shut up? Your team sucks even with all the big names.

... And in related news, have the Minnesota Wild become the next New York Rangers? Over budget, big names, no results?

    ;-)

What are you talking about? I'm slowly getting results. Just you wait and see..............:-^

Ya, I guess when you are not making the playoffs while "claiming" to have a superstar squad the only thing you can say is "Just wait til next year". God man you sound like real-life Leaf fans.:monkey:

  5. With a 4-0 week the new look Senators are coming together nicely with the playoffs just around the corner. Inching even closer to Anaheim and pulling even further ahead of the chasers behind me.

    Hot Players this week

    J Spezza - 3g 5a 8pts

    R Smyth - 4g 2a 6pts

    R Emery - 2w 0l 3goals against

Granted 3 of my wins came at the expense of the lowly Leafs and the Capitals.

BTW, Atlanta I don't think you need to worry about Tampa, if I were you I would be worried MUCH more about OTTAWA.:D

I think we can also include these 2 days for the next sim, so that it will be the last regular season sim.

    What do you think?

Why not? Sounds good, no need to do another sim for most teams to have only 1 game. Unless of course it is NYR with 2 on the final day.

That's pretty easy to do and gives less work to Hannes who don't have to go in the game files to uninjure the guy.

But maybe I didn't get at all what you meant... lol

That's what I did with Vermette for this sim, he's ready for the Apr. 1 game. Eventhough he is I still sent my lines without him to again give the kids some time and to also make sure that he is 100% before he goes back in.

Yes ... after every sim I'll go through the teams right now and activate those players from the injury reserve list.

    Why? :wall:

Because your goons do most of the damage out there.:-^ I understand your side of the debate.:monkey:

I especially think it's a great idea since both Hossa and Vermette are both injured right now. :puke:

It doesn't matter to me either way though, I am fine whichever way it goes. On one hand it would help me while chasing first overall and staying ahead of the wannabes behind me:-^ but it also gives me a chance to play some of my younger guys in the bigs.:/)

And how many games did it take for you to lose in the first round. ;)

  10. Another week without a loss for the Sens. Zhamnov again has a solid week with another 4 points, for a total of 10 since joining the team and Ray Emery fails to get his first win of the season, yet comes away with another tie.

On the downside both Marian Hossa and Antoine Vermette both remain sidelined for another week.

The Senators will call up youngster Brandon Bochenski for the upcoming week to play in Hossa's spot.

    Atlanta 3-0 this week.

I am sure that you are but I am not worried right now. That was the main reason I kept Chara was to knock Kovalchuk and the boys on their asses. Or will it be another one of my bone-crushing d-men that will do?

Seriously though it could be a great series if we were to meet.

    Good week though.

Can I say I'm crying out of bliss right now or does that sound a bit pansy? lol

Wow, best news so far... Sorry Cadian...

Now you can take back all the shit you have been talking to Minny. I think you owe him a beer..................in 6/7 years whatever it is before he can legally drink.

  14. Good week for the new lineup. Last minute addition Alex Zhamnov was hot registering 1g-5a-6pts.

On the other side of the coin Alex's goons sidelined Antoine Vermette for 2 weeks with a thigh injury.

My farm team also enjoyed more success than usual going 2-2-0. :D

Good job hannes, I can't even imagine the amount of work that took. Enjoy your beers tonight you've earned them.
