Our Lady Peace's album Burn Burn is great. Why do you say it stinks. In a way in reminds me of their older stuff but with a new touch.
it felt like I was listening to the same song over and over.
just listened to naveed. burn burn is far away from that.

OLP has been horrible since Naveed, IMO.spiritual machine was good. I like when bands try different stuff.
Yeah, the new Billy Talent is really bad. I didn't like OLP's last two album's so I never bothered to check it out. Alexisonfire's latest isn't so hot either.I reeeeeaaaallllllly wish I could find List Mitchell's album somewhere. I can only listen to Coin Laundry and Neopolitan Dreams so much.

they're better musician/vocalist than they showed in their last two albums.

I know it's only my opinion but I'd rather radio to any RDS broadcast.

Correction, Il n'a pas refusé l'offre du Ch, il n'a pas eu le temps de l'acccepter! Je crois que son agent lui a dit qu'il avait du temps pour voir ailleurs, quand Bob était en traîn de faire son magasinage. Il faut croire qu'il a attendu trop longtemps!
si il amait l'offre tant que ca il l'aurait signée. Si son agent a vraiment commis une erreur..soit tu le change ou tu lui donne un char de...

I am totally amazed that he signed for 1.4 with the isles. Why wouldn't philly have kept him at that price? Who takes a 2million dollar cut to play in NYI?
philly have already cap issues. at 1.5M Emery is the better deal.
Biron is a 2nd goalie that thinks he's 1st goalie worthy.
From an Islanders point of view I really dont get it...unless they want a goalie for their ahl team.
but it's the Islanders...should we be surprised ??

I have two guitares.
I haven't picked them up in almost a year. I have stiffness in my left wrist( ooo I hear the jokes from a mile away !!) so I lost most of my dexterity(sp?)
I guess If I picked it up with some lessons I could become almost good at it.
I enjoy stuff like metal going to georges brassens.

The fact that Plekanec is poised to hit free agency makes me feel better about a Marleau trade.
I doubt we have the cap space for it.
I also doubt that we are the only team that needs a Marleau.
just remember: every time we were expecting a player to come here it didn'T happen.

I think it would be wiser to wait and see what boht of these guys do this season. The Habs have gone through some MAJOR changes. If you replace Laraque and Hamrlik this year, htat will mean that over 50% of the team last year is no longer there. That might be a little too much change for one locker room!
like I said: at the end of next season !!
while Hamrlik and Laraque can help they are not unreplaceable with cheaper talent.

Plekanec is gone after this year. I guess even earlier in a trade. We wont be able to resign him next summer considering some others getting new contracts (Price etc.). Gainey HAVE to get rid of one of the big contracts before next july 1st.
buy Laraque and Hamrlik out at the end of next season and it will saved 2.3 of cap space for 2 years
Metropolit and Mara shouldn't be back so there's another 3.2 m saved.
Pray for Maxwell to have the type of year that would convince Gainey to let plekanec go.
Andy Kostitsyn will have to play his best hockey otherwize he's gone too. 3M+ is too much for an underacheiver.

so he did put up decent numbers as a number one yet people dont want him as a second ??

why not ?? he did score 69 points a few years ago. to me that's top 2 centre points.
yes he didn't have the same amount of points last year but what if last year was only a fluke ??

Let him become a great 3rd liner instead of hoping for him to become 2nd line.

Heres a question for anyone. Is there a type of pesticide that exists for old Asian ladies that root through your garbage? The single most bizarre part of my week is having to chase this lady away every Friday morning with a broom. I wouldn't even care really if she was organized about it but she rips open garbage bags and pulls everything out. Calgary just started a recycling program as well and they sent out these big blue bins to everyone. She's started overturning those as well and pulling stuff out. She turns the street into a huge dump in a matter of minutes.
make a fake I.D. of you working at immigration canada and leave it on top of your garbage bag.
