so thats the kind of trades we look foward from now on
so much for a blockbuster...
-
sometimes, a coach/gm will call the farmteam's coach and ask for the most diserving player on the team for a callup.
with a 15-4-4- 8 pts 14 pim and -9, kostitsyn should be the last recall on the team.
-
I guess he was already pegged by Julien to play that game before he went to hamilton. so I guess théodore will play the back to back against new jerzey and ovechkin(no need to say washington since he's to only good thing in this team) this weekend
-
hainsey would have to go through waivers to be back to mtl.
as for Lapierre, he's the in-your-face type of player. I'm glad he is up allthough I don't think he'll be here for too long but the kid sure can learn a few tricks from bégin.
-
dagenais sick?? he must be narcoleptic `cause he sleeps on the ice
-
FYI aussieposse
avery wasn't part of the blake trade
he was involved in the schnieder for avery kuznetzov and 1st pick in 2002 if i'm not mistaking
-
i'm french and I still think this is BS.
and it's poorly writen too...it DOES look like a 12year old kid wrote that junk
-
I don't think it's much of a problem. the worst situation was when the farmteam was in québec city. I mean, what a slap in the face that was !!
toronto having their farm team in TO, therefore close to hamilton just create's a bigger interest for fans. a bigger rivalry will build up in the next few years and that will show when these kids become NHLers
-
claude and jocelyn lemieux played together as well
-
no but he was a good translator
could anyone update me on kostitsyn(andrei) how is he doing this year??
-
nope it was houle
from that draft , we still have markov, ryder and graon was traded for bonk...not bad at all
-
we have the best percentage of drafted players in the 90'swho went to play in the NHL. I'm not sure but I think detroit's next
-
does this mean the end of Riatis in montreal
who will pick is spot ??
-
by the way, theodore was a serge savard pick
how about drafting chouinard....
I have to give peanut the credit for his 1998 draft
chouinard, ribs, ferland, dwyer, markov and ryder
thats 6 out of ten who went to play NHl hockey. I don'T think any team has made a better draft than the 1998's habs
-
sorry to break the party but if he keeps on playing like that, he will be considered....but let'S wait till march before speculating
-
he's not the first monkey to play in the NLH, according to ever-so- bright sean avery, there's one playing in edmonton:nono:
with a chimp in the lineup, kilger will have to look at the games for the stands:lol:
-
to be put through waivers, you need to be in a professional league for at least 3 years witchis not dany's case
I'm glad to see dany go back to hamilton for he will have lots of ice time.
the team is to decide if they recall michaud for a fe games while huet gets back on track
-
st louis knew exactly what he was doing with komi, as soon as he was toughed, he went down knowing that komi would get a penalty.
if they call players for diving, they should call for falling when somebody wispers in your ear
-
that trade was made by peanut.not to many good trades hes has done.
think the only good one he made was malakhov for souray and bucket full of pucks
-
I work in a downtown montreal hotel, nearby the bell center.
just five minutes in the hotel and you already wish that they were dead.
they think they just own the place because they're from TO, and the eay they destroy the place afterwarts...unreal. never have I seen such things coming from boston, or sens fans.
thats why it's always cool to beat them, they're pathetic
-
I don't think chipper his a native but I know that carey price is.
he comes from vimy alberta
one thing sure though, he's a helluva player
can't wait to see him at the wjc in december
-
miller outplayed danis in the hamilton-rochester playoff last year
yhe's their no 1 for sure, great goalie
i wounder where biron will end up..i'd say pittsburgh, they really like underacheiver goalies down there
-
begin's the deal, just imagine if he would play with jason blake on our 3rd line...i'm drooling.
as for my favourite habs, I have to say Markov, he's been constantly improving every year though I wish he'd shoot more for he a great shot
to think that the habs drafted him as a center man
-
I have no problem at all with the fact that his team losing often...it'll build caracter.
losing is a big part of the learn how-to-win process.
Theodore hurt his groin

if he doesn't play on friday due to his «incomfort», we can be sure it's an injury.
what's the deal with all those groin injuries this year anyway??
