montreal Posted July 25, 2004 Share Posted July 25, 2004 In case this wasn't posted, the Oilers have recieved premission to move the Roadrunners to play in their home rink next season. The rumor that has been going around has been the the laffs will move their team to take the place of the roadrunners. If so, hopefully it would result in a few more games on tv, as they could push for the Habs prospects vs leafs prospects. Still on now word on Plante, Cote, and Carpentier if they will be back not in. With the recent signing of Ivantas and Morgan, Carpentier may not, as both will drop the gloves which is Carpentier's main job as he doesn't play that much.
