  1. Interesting hockey video game ad (montreal vs. ottawa) Saku dekes and scores, Théo saves, Ryder stickhandling & scoring, Sheldon Souray with.... a giveway?!
  2. speaking of Gordon Bombay, maybe Mr Gainey can convince him to come out of retirement. Mr Gainey's no stranger to the Stars organisation.
  3. Those Were The Days, our top point getter with less than 50 pts, happy the way things our going right now. 2001-02 was great as well, koivu played 54 games and shared the team lead in points with oleg petrov. They both got 47. Petrov played 81 games. This season koivu played 21 games and has 25 points. Matt higgins.. Miloslav Guren, Jesse Belanger, those were the days.
  4. Simon Gagné sored goal #20 last night. He now has 31 pts in 19 games. His previous career high in goals stands at 33 (01-02), points 66 (01-02). Looks like he's on track for a career year. OK it's still early, playing on a line with Forsberg won't hurt. In california, MG looks like he's back on track. [Edited on 20-11-05 by mathieug]
  5. Does anybody know if Streit ever played soccer? In soccer the defenders often pass the ball back to the goalie, maybe.., no forget about that, that was just a brutal play. Boy oh boy
  6. Yep, Phil Groeneveld's a great goalie. He can win games single handedly. But their newest acquisition, amsterdams' Tomas Kalousek, who played for the netherlands during the latest four nations tournament in Latvia, yikes, he isn't any good! As for the other dutch goalies, I don't like what I saw from Van der Holst and Casper Swart. I haven't seen Peter Seton play yet. Den Hartog, Tillburgs goalie who played for the national team as wel isn't good either. The best goalie I've seen over the last couple of years in the netherlands has to be Phil Groeneveld, with Bjorn steijlen as a close second. [Edited on 20-11-05 by mathieug]
  7. 2004-05 Pardubice HC Czech 45 GP 24-25-49 113 Pim not bad to score 24 goals in the czech league, yeah he was playing with hejduk... Still gotta put 'em in the back of the net
  8. Max Lapierre is on his way back to Hamilton. Lapierre cédé à Hamilton http://www.canadiens.com/fre/news/redirect...newsItemID=4544 something wrong with this link, here's another one: http://www.rds.ca/canadien/chroniques/192321.html [Edited on 19-11-05 by mathieug]

  10. 8-Ovechkin, 25-Cassels, 17-Clark 18-Pettinger, 11-Halpern, 24-Willsie 27-Clymer, 16-Sutherby, 10-Bradley 43-Fleischmann, 21-Laich, 38-Klepis 19-Witt, 44-Eminger 6-Heward, 47-Muir 23-Majesky, 26-Morrisonn 1-Johnson*, 37-Kolzig *Let's hope they start Johnson. I saw him play earlier this season, yikes, ugly. He's 1-4 in 7 games, has a .851 Sv% and has a 5.34 goals against average. After sitting out four games with a hamstring injury, Olie Kolzig is expected to get the start. Dainius Zubrus & Jeff Friesen are day to day with a groin injury. Peat is out indefinitely with an upper body injury. Danis in net for our boys? Go Habs Go!
