I was really impressed with Koivu though. I would never question his passion but wow does he ever hate to lose on something that he can not control, such as bad calls.

I hope Markov will not get suspended although it is probably imminent. I just got home from the game and I think Koivu may get suspended as well he chased the refs town their tunnel and had to be held back by the linesmen and then was collect by Dandy. They were all not impressed though. I think that Montreal needs to call a meeting with Van Helmen

Yeah Zednik is a good fit. He is fanning on a lot of his shots and maby with Ryder there it would relieve some pressure. Try Higgins and Zhogin or Plex with ribero to add some speed and give the rooks a chance with some more ice. but whatever Julien does I hope he keeps the same line for the entire game. Theo needs to out duel Ed The eagle Belfour tonight. So far this year Theo avg. vs. Toronto. .816 save % that is brutal And a disturbing 4 GAA While Belfour has an .873 save % And has a tad better gaa at 3.7 If Theo does not step up his game tonight Habs will not leave the ACC in good moods.

Also 2.43 Gaa .907 save %

ROMAN CECHMANEK played 50 games last season. So I would not say Huet put them within a few points of the playoffs. Huet played in 41 games 10 wins.

Starting Friday this will be the most important 6 days and nights of their young season. They play 4 back to back to back-to-back Northeast games. They need a solid effort in each of these games. Some questions?? Will Theo play all 4 games with his recent rest and how well he played Atlanta? How many points is a respectable amount over these days? Personally anything less than 6 points I believe to be a failure. The Habs cannot loose again to Toronto and we have shut down Buffalo already twice this year. And do I hear any one’s support for Theo's first shutout against Ottawa Tuesday; I think that Ottawa needs to be shut out soon its only fair.

I disagree it is not good for a goalie to loose. Goalies need to have consistent confidence boosts. Or they can be ruined that is why Montreal has always had great goaltending prospects because they find a place for them to win. But as long as Price does not get disgruntled he will be a goalie for our future.
